Job Duties

This position directs and supervises the development and delivery of training for the Reentry, Programs, and Treatment Services Unit. This position provides oversight for mandated and specialized training directed towards institutional and community treatment providers. This position ethically leads the Reentry, Programs and Treatment Services Unit team, providing guidance and coaching to enhance training delivery to target audiences.

Minimum Qualifications

Working knowledge of correctional practices and treatment paradigms. Ability to effectively supervise, manage and direct daily activities of direct reports. Knowledge of the adult learning model and effective in-person and virtual facilitation skills. Demonstrated skills using computer and computer software. Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.

Additional Considerations

Progressive experience in leading others in complex organizations. Experience developing, managing and facilitating employee training courses.
