Job Duties

This position is critical to ensuring compliance with Virginia’s Intrastate Operating Authority requirements. This role will directly support the processing, maintenance, and timely submission of documentation required, including insurance filings, authority renewals and HVUT filings.
To perform a variety of administrative support duties associated with Commercial Intrastate Compliance and Operations (CICO).

Minimum Qualifications

- Ability to interpret and apply rules, regulations, policies, procedures
- Demonstrated ability to organize work, meet deadlines and complete tasks in a timely manner.
- Skilled in communicating with customers, teammates, and other individuals to answer questions, disseminate or explain information
- Strong keyboarding skills and skills in the use of a personal computer and automated information systems
- Must possess a strong customer focus
- Manage multiple assignments simultaneously and to work under pressure during peak workload periods
- Willingness to accept varied work assignments to meet changing business needs.
- Ability to work cooperatively with others in a team environment, to establish priorities and perform multiple complex tasks.
- Strong PC skills.
- Ability to utilize spreadsheets, databases, and other tools to document and report program tasks.
