Job Duties

• Provide support in the oversight of a successful NCAA Division I baseball program
• Lead and instruct assigned players, units, or skill positions at the discretion of the Head Coach
• Implementation of individual player development plans
• Assist in coordination of game day strategy and scouting reports
• Assist with the recruitment and retainment of quality student-athletes
• Assist with fundraising and community outreach events
• Additional responsibilities to be assigned by Head Coach

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2 years of collegiate coaching or professional playing experience
• Experienced knowledge of the game, specifically in the areas of hitting and infield or catching
• Ability to throw quality batting practice
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• Knowledge of NCAA Division I rules
