The Virginia Information Technologies Agency (VITA) is excited to offer a competitive opportunity to serve as a Service Strategy Analyst with the Infrastructure Supplier Management Team.
VITA provides IT infrastructure services to Virginia’s 67 executive branch agencies via contracts with multiple suppliers and VITA. This position is the focal point to determine how our service model should evolve based on lessons learned, market capabilities, and future customer needs.
Working with a broad range of stakeholders, the incumbant facilitates development and approval of the service strategy. This position will collect and analyze data to create and present briefings to support decision making.

Minimum Qualifications
• Experience managing Information Technology programs and contracts within a large enterprise or government environment.
• Ability to develop an Information Technology service strategy by collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to effectively manage time when working with multiple priorities.
• Experience gathering and analyzing complex data as well as generating reports and presentations to support decision making.
Additional Considerations
• Project management experience and/or certification desirable.
• ITIL v3 or v4 certification desirable.
• Experience in a MSI or SIAM environment.
• Organizational change management experience desirable.
