Job Duties
Directly responsible to the Trades Manager for providing a safe and comfortable environment for residents and staff. Management Program. Conduct general maintenance work for the HVAC/Refrigeration, Plumbing, and Electrical Shops by repairing and maintaining properly functioning equipment.
Minimum Qualifications
Valid Driver's License.
Experience at the Journeyman’s level in commercial: HVAC/Refrigeration, plumbing, electrical, fields, and universal EPA certification for refrigerant handling.
