Job Duties

Strong computer skills required. Experience operating various office equipment. Strong interpersonal skills. Organizational skills, self-starter, team player

Familiarity with Medicare, Medicaid, and other third-party payers is essential.
Understanding Virginia state regulations governing nursing facilities, including those related to admissions and resident care, is crucial.
Proficiency in insurance verification, documentation, and case management.
Strong communication and organizational skills to liaise with families, healthcare providers, and insurance companies

Minimum Qualifications

1 year of Admissions experience

Experience in a skilled long-term care facility a plus

Familiarity with Medicare, Medicaid, and other third-party payers is essential.

Understanding Virginia state regulations governing nursing facilities, including those related to admissions and resident care, is crucial.

Proficiency in insurance verification, documentation, and case management.

Strong communication and organizational skills to liaise with families, healthcare providers, and insurance companies
