The Virginia Values Veterans (V3) program is seeking a motivated and resourceful Membership Outreach Coordinator to help expand our network of V3-Certified organizations. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a statewide initiative that enhances employment opportunities for Virginia’s Veteran population.
Working with limited supervision, the Outreach Coordinator will develop and implement strategic outreach plans targeting high-value prospects for V3 Certification. The position involves coordinating multiple projects and engaging with a wide range of stakeholders, including trade associations, Chambers of Commerce, local governments, public entities, economic development organizations, educational institutions, and private sector businesses.
Key responsibilities include:
• Building relationships with prospective V3 partners and guiding them through the certification process
• Organizing and executing events, trainings, and on-site briefings
• Assisting with the infrastructure of program operations with overseeing key metrics, marketing, website and database needs.
• Providing support and guidance for niche specialty needs for services such as entrepreneurship.

Minimum Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in data management, reporting, and statistical analysis
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and various database and CRM systems
Skilled in outreach and marketing campaign development and execution
Experienced in designing and delivering training and educational programs, including instruction for adult learners
Proven ability to manage multiple clients, projects, and programmatic activities simultaneously
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Effective communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to engage and collaborate with diverse constituencies and inter-agency government officials
Knowledge of website and database administration, systems and application development
Ability to assess, prioritize, and improve program performance and service delivery
Familiarity with best practices in recruiting, hiring, and retaining members of the military community
Knowledge of career readiness services such as resume writing, interview preparation, and job navigation
Experience with project management
