Job Duties
Provide high level technical support for the assigned departments, including desktop, software and hardware support.
Serve as the expert in projects regarding updates to Microsoft Office products.
Submit updates to the admission related webpages.
Support Admissions Leadership team members.
Assist in optimization and configuration of admission software platforms in order to meet the needs of the office.
Assist functional users with testing in all environments.
Write HTML code for communication plans.
Ensure that devices are maintained in a secure manner, including software and hardware updates as well as security configurations.
Assist in optimization and configuration of admission software platforms in order to meet the needs of the office.
Minimum Qualifications
Excellent data and software navigational skills.
Ability to maintain excellent records in a database.
Ability to write code and create workflows.
Knowledge regarding CRM Recruit, SLATE, Banner, Canva, and EDM
Excellent organization skills and ability to set priorities.
Ability to deal effectively with others, working in a collaborative environment.
Independent Worker, decisive, proactive, enthusiastic, and strong interpersonal skills.

Additional Considerations
Bachelor’s Degree preferred or associate’s degree with equivalent combination of training and work experience.
Working knowledge of the CRM, Banner, & Slate.
Must be able work occasional after hours and/or weekends.
