Minimum Qualifications
• Expert knowledge of Agile/Scrum and the Systems Development Lifecycle Cycle; design concepts and methodologies; system workflows; software applications design, development, testing, and implementation; business process re-engineering concepts; project management methodologies; quality assurance techniques; and information security standards.
• Strong oral and written communication, analytical, project management and evaluation, data management, leadership and computer skills
• Demonstrated ability observing and documenting processes, identifying and confirming user requirements, modifying systems specifications, and translating end-user business needs into functional requirements; and delivering appropriate, concise, and accurate information in written and verbal formats.
• Demonstrated ability developing training materials, including job aids, manuals, and video tutorials.
Additional Considerations
• Experience managing or coordinating IT projects and/or serving as an IT Business Analyst.
• Advanced negotiation, stakeholder management, and the ability to explain technical constraints to non-technical users.
