We are seeking a dedicated CNA Restorative Aide to join our Therapy Department and provide exceptional restorative care that promotes mobility, independence, and quality of life for our residents.
This role focuses on maintaining and improving residents’ functional abilities, assisting with therapy programs, and promoting independence in activities of daily living.

Minimum Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:
Assist residents with restorative programs such as range of motion (ROM), ambulation, positioning, and strengthening exercises as directed by therapy staff.
Document restorative care and therapy activities accurately in resident records.
Monitor residents’ progress and report changes to nursing or therapy staff.
Encourage residents to participate in prescribed therapy and restorative activities.
Maintain therapy equipment and ensure a safe environment for residents.
Support therapy staff during treatment sessions (e.g., setting up equipment, transporting residents).
Provide basic CNA duties including bathing, grooming, feeding, and toileting when needed.
Educate residents on techniques to maintain independence and prevent decline.
Comply with infection control, safety, and HIPAA regulations.
Additional Considerations
Experience in a long-term care or adult geriatric setting is preferred.
