This position offers a significant opportunity for an experienced leader to join the Senior Executive Leadership Team and help shape the future of corrections in Virginia. In this role, the Deputy Director helps guide ongoing organizational transformation by enhancing enterprise performance, improving operational systems, and ensuring the agency’s administrative infrastructure evolves to meet the changing needs of the workforce, the agency’s mission, and the Commonwealth.

The Deputy Director for Administration provides executive leadership and strategic oversight of the Division of Administration, guiding statewide enterprise functions that enable facilities, probation and parole districts, and operational units to perform effectively.
