Job Duties

  • Student Refunds/Individual student account charges and adjustments
  • Perform due diligence for delinquent student accounts assigned group of students. 
  • Process tuition payment plans/and internal payment plans
  • Provides Customer Service/DEREG notifications/BDAL and NELNET
  • VA33 payment processing and spreadsheet maintenance, Graduation Charges Application/ Deposit Processing

Minimum Qualifications

  • The ability to perform basic mathematical calculations, accurately and with attention to detail.
  • Basic knowledge of State regulations related to debt collections.
  • The ability to effectively communicate and interact positively with students, faculty, staff and the general public and provide excellent customer service.

Additional Considerations

  • Prefer higher education training in counseling, communications and knowledge of general accounting practices.
  • Prefer higher education experience in Financial Aid Office or Bursar area.
