Job Duties
To provide patients with professional therapeutic programming which is goal-oriented and directed toward skills-building on the following domains of functioning: mental, physical psychological, emotional, social and spiritual. The staff member must demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide therapeutic programming appropriate to the age of the individuals.
Minimum Qualifications
-Demonstrable experience working with behavioral health populations
-Must possess initiative & be able to work with minimum supervision
-Experience conducting, organizing, and planning meetings and special events
-PSR-Specific Discipline credential eligibility required, but certification/licensure needed within six months of hire.
-Pesticide licenses in two categories by 1 year of hire.
Additional Considerations
-Experience with horticulture interventions desirable.
-Inpatient psychiatric hospital experience desirable.
-Previous group facilitation experience preferred.
