For more than three decades, the Virginia Lottery has worked to build a strong reputation, one synonymous with providing fun, entertaining experiences and doing so responsibly and with integrity. Proceeds from traditional Lottery games support K-12 public education in Virginia. Taxes generated by sports wagering and casino gaming, which are regulated by the Lottery, benefit other priorities of the Commonwealth.

The Virginia Lottery is currently seeking a Creative Design Manager to join our Marketing Department.

The Creative Design Manager will direct and develop the creative design and execution of internally produced graphics to fulfill the strategic direction. This position will ensure that all creative requests and projects are tracked and appropriately assigned to meet the needs and the requested timeframe. The Creative Design Manager will manage the workload of each person on the design team to maintain a proper work/life balance while still meeting print deadlines. The Creative Design Manager will further refine the quality standards of designs and ensure that each design meets those high-quality standards and brand guidelines. This position will act as the primary liaison between design requestors and the design team to ensure alignment on the request and the direction.
