Minimum Qualifications

• Experience in leading, directing, and training by staff and volunteers.
• Experience in evaluating work performed by others.
• Experience in performing custodial/housekeeping duties.
• Ability to use a variety of tools, materials and equipment to maintain and clean facilities and grounds maintenance.
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills for interacting with staff, guests, and preparing correspondence/reports.
• Experience using computers and software applications.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Additional Considerations

• Experience in vehicle maintenance and small/large engine repair.
• Skills in basic construction and maintenance trades such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and masonry.
• Experience overseeing workplace safety, OSHA compliance, and safety training.
• Experience in managing/operating public water systems.
• Demonstrated experience interacting with park visitors, providing information relating to park rules, park activities, or providing similar customer service activities in a comparable environment.
