Minimum Qualifications: • Postsecondary credential in a related field. • Minimum of three (3) years of work experience in electric vehicle manufacturing, automotive production, industrial automation, or a closely related field. • Strong understanding of EV systems, manufacturing processes, safety standards, and quality control practices. • Proficiency with tools and technologies used in modern EV production environments, including robotics and mechatronics. • Excellent communication and organizational skills. • Must be willing to complete the required training in instructional methods.
