Manager of Student Engagement Gallatin
This position will design, implement, and develop comprehensive programs and resources to support students' academic success by addressing non-academic factors that impact student learning. The position focuses on delivering proactive support services, managing wellness spaces, collaborating with community partners, and coordinating prevention programming, including mental health and suicidal ideation training, to ensure students receive holistic support during their academic journey. This position is also responsible for resolving student conduct issues according to VSCC policy and supervises the Coordinator of Student Activities. Additionally, this position will work with the Assistant Vice President for Student Support to investigate and adjudicate student discipline issues, collaborate with faculty on classroom misconduct, ensure compliance with providing preventive education for students especially in the areas of sexual misconduct, and alcohol and drug use and also assist with Title IX investigations involving students, and work collaboratively with all areas of the college to resolve general complaints lodged by students.

The Vice President of Communications (VPC) is a full-time fiscal position reporting directly to the President of Southwest Tennessee Community College. As a member of the President’s senior staff, the VPC drives the strategic vision for all communications and marketing efforts to elevate the college's brand and support its mission of educational excellence. This role oversees the integrated Communications Division, managing strategic communications, marketing, and institutional advancement efforts. Key responsibilities will include leading departments such as media relations, grants, scholarships, public relations, web services, and video production. The VPC will develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies, enhance institutional visibility, and strengthen strategic messaging. Additionally, the VPC will provide oversight for the Office of Institutional Advancement and Resource Development, fostering relationships with donors, alumni, and community partners to advance the College's development goals. This role will also be responsible for crisis communication and stakeholder engagement to support the College’s overall strategic initiatives.
Health Sciences Division Administrator Gallatin
Reporting to the Dean of Health Sciences, the Health Sciences Division Administrator will be a 12-month non-faculty position. This role will include, but is not limited to, providing the following administrative leadership for Division: academic assessment and discipline-specific accreditation, clinical reporting requirements, program marketing and recruitment, clinical affiliate and articulation agreements, course scheduling, offsite/dual offerings, and faculty workload and evaluation.

Substitutes provide classroom support on an as-needed basis, sometime with little advance notice. This position should ensure student training is conducted utilizing all appropriate safety measures. The substitute will facilitate continued training for students in the absence of the full-time instructor.  Potential applicants with varied work experience may qualify to substitute in more than one program.
