| The Student Experience Data Manager leads data-driven initiatives under the Title III grant project, focusing on improving student experiences, recruitment, and retention strategies at Pellissippi State. They collaborate with Institutional Effectiveness, Assessment, and Planning (IEAP) to analyze various aspects of the student experience, including enrollment, retention, and program evaluation. The data manager works with the Stay Strong Student Success Center, IT, Enrollment Services, and other partners to ensure effective use of technology in support of the college’s strategic goals. |
