Title: 2nd Shift Custodial Manager
Job Summary
Under general conditions, coordinates and supervises all aspects of daily and periodic cleaning of the college's facilities. Supervisor will work Monday- Friday from 9:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Job Duties
• Coordinate work schedules and assignments of all custodial members
• Provide supervision to all custodial members
• Inspect work for conformance to cleaning standards
• Conduct weekly meetings and training
• Inspect and evaluate physical condition of buildings and submit recommendations
• Perform custodial duties as needed
• Determines priorities of work and assign personnel to accomplish
• Ensure necessary equipment and supplies are always available
• Coordinates setting up and cleaning up for upcoming projects and events
• Evaluates performance of all custodial personnel
• Maintains inventory records, prepares periodic reports, submits purchase requisitions of supplies/equipment
• Establishes and monitors working relationships with students, faculty, and staff
• Coordinates setup for campus and college events
• Performs duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- Possess a high school diploma or GED
- Have 3 years of progressively responsible custodial work experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Supervisory experience preferred
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Knowledge of cleaning methods and materials
- Supervisory skills
- Be able to operate basic MS Office applications, i.e. email, Word, Excel
- Customer service skills
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Interpersonal/human relations skills
- Ability to plan and organize
- Ability to move throughout the campus and lift up to 40 lbs

Pay Rate: $34,844 - $41,813 (Annual salary depending on eligible experience which is defined by the current compensation plan.)
