Job Summary

Analyzes documentation and executes date entry for payroll production.

Job Duties

• Serve as the ABC Coordinator for the Payroll Office.
• Process incoming and outgoing daily mail.
• Organize and maintain paper filing systems, including scanning of payroll documents.
• Monitor and order office supplies as needed.
• Manage Dynamic Forms and Temporary Contracts workflows.
• Review and approve all employee timesheets to ensure timely processing.
• Handle all employee insurance deductions and maintain related general ledger (GL) accounting.
• Balance payroll following monthly updates and submit reports to the Business Office.
• Process 401K and 457 plan deductions and prepare required reports for vendors.
• Accurately process and update W-4 tax forms.
• Review and process court orders, including documentation, deductions, and memo preparation.
• Manage Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA).
• Process 403B deductions and submit appropriate reports to vendors. -

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma with 2 years of related work experience in modern office environment.
Personal computer experience with working knowledge of Excell and Word software.
Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively with others to provide quality customer service and guidance required to adhere to policies and procedures.

Preferred Qualifications

Associate's degree.
Payroll/Accounting experience.
Banner experience.
