| The Director of Workforce Development is a strategic and dynamic leadership position responsible for advancing the College’s Mission, marketing, aligning workforce training to meet regional workforce needs, and scheduling classes, training programs, and workshops that meet the needs of industry and business partners. This position is responsible for developing, expanding, and sustaining innovative partnerships with business, industry, educational partners, and community organizations throughout our nine-county service area to ensure a well-prepared workforce for in-demand careers. The Director provides thoughtful vision and leadership for the design and delivery of all workforce programming, including customized training, short-term nonacademic certifications, apprenticeships, and continuing education. The ideal candidate is a results-driven and collaborative leader who understands economic trends and evolving needs of employers. He/she supervises the Assistant Director of Workforce Development. |

| The Adult Education Adjunct Instructor for Corrections is responsible for guiding and instructing individuals seeking to advance employability and basic education skills. This role provides academic instruction, career coaching, and workforce development support for adult learners with varying educational functioning levels. The successful candidate will regularly interact with students, provide instruction, and perform registration and intake-related services at Adult Education instructional sites, which include the American Job Centers, local businesses, housing authorities, rehabilitation facilities, and county jails. |
