| This is a full-time position working under general supervision of the Maintenance Manager or designee. The position independently plans and performs complex inspections, servicing, and repairs of electrical, plumbing, heating, cooling, ventilating, and mechanical systems. The role requires advanced knowledge and demonstrated ability in all three trades—electrical, plumbing, and HVAC—and the exercise of sound judgment to diagnose issues, prioritize work, and ensure the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of campus systems. |
