| The part-time Financial Support Associate provides administrative support to the Business Office through a variety of technical and clerical functions. Duties may include processing accounts payable, cashier responsibilities (student invoices and payments), travel and procurement card reconciliation, report preparation, handling orders and supplies, assisting with bookstore and deposit functions, and other assigned tasks. Standard hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., with some flexibility based on institutional needs. |
