PC servers with microcomputers, a 10/100 megabit Ethernet local area network (LAN), and wide area networks using frame relay, TCP/IP, and T1. The environment also includes Compaq Alpha Servers running Open VMS.

Areas of instruction include shielded metal arc (STICK), gas metal arc (MIG), tungsten inert gas (TIG) and flux cored arc welding; symbols and blueprint reading; cutting techniques; grinding; metal preparation; metallurgy; layout; fabrication; power tools; and measurement techniques. This position is full-time. Scheduled work hours are Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Scheduled class hours are 8:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. This is not a remote work position.
