| The Director of High School Partnerships oversees Columbia State’s high school programs, including dual enrollment, dual credit, middle college, and academically talented and gifted. This position works with local school systems and college staff to develop, evaluate, and maintain early post-secondary opportunities for high school students throughout the college service area including Columbia State’s five campus locations, off-campus sites, and service area high schools that offer embedded courses. The position facilitates communications of course and program requests from local education systems to the Dean of Regional Services and Southern Campuses, Vice President of Partnerships and Southern Campuses, academic deans and the associate vice-president for faculty and programs as well as enrollment services and campus staff. |

| This is a full-time, grant-funded position working under direct supervision of the Police Supervisor (Captain) and general supervision of the Associate Director of Public Safety. This position is designated to work at the Tennessee College of Applied Technology locations within Memphis.
The Police Officer 1 investigates crimes and accidents, protecting faculty, staff, students, visitors, and property, facilities by law enforcement. He/she responds to calls for assistance including emergency crisis situations and provides other safety related services. He/she must be flexible to work different shifts if and when deemed necessary. |

Workforce and Career Development Assistant (Temporary Part-Time)

| The overall purpose of this job is to assist Workforce Development and Career Development in the coordination of career camps and recruitment activities for middle and high school students for advanced manufacturing and construction careers. Additionally, this position will work alongside Workforce Development and in collaboration with industry partners and instructors to conduct information sessions for high school students and their parents, provide career awareness, exploration, preparation, and training support services for pre-college and college student participants and refer them to labor market intermediary organizations for career guidance, preparation, and job placement services. Finally, this position is responsible for tracking participation in these activities and class placements (credit and non-credit) and program graduate job placements |
