The Assistant Vice Chancellor (AVC) for Student Enrollment and Retention Services has a particular focus on long-range strategic planning and facilitates the processes that ensure that Strategic Enrollment Management, Student Success, and Academic Affairs are working collaboratively to identify services, programs, and curricular interventions that support student enrollment and degree completion. As a key member of the Office of Strategic Enrollment Management, the AVC will play a critical role in systemwide advising, recruitment, and retention initiatives. As such, the AVC will be responsible for keeping abreast of national trends and participating in scholarly activities to enhance the successful delivery of quality and inclusive student services and programs.
