| The Facilities Support Associate 4 will perform building maintenance and related work as required in a variety of areas including, but not limited to: electrical, plumbing, lighting, landscaping, painting, carpentry, and HVAC. This position is also expected to serve as back-up to custodial personnel during their absence. During inclement weather events or emergency maintenance situations, facilities personnel may be called in to work outside of regularly scheduled work hours. Work hours are Monday through Friday, 7.5 hours per day, between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. with a fixed schedule to be set after employment begins. Some travel and work at satellite campuses may be required. |
