Assistant Vice President of Enrollment Services Columbia
The Assistant Vice President of Enrollment Services provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for Admissions, Recruitment, and Records/Registrar functions across a multi-campus public community college. The AVP is responsible for developing and executing enrollment strategies that support access, affordability, student success, and institutional sustainability while ensuring compliance with state, federal, and system-level regulations to meet college enrollment goals.
Faculty - Technologies (Artificial Intelligence) Memphis
Southwest Tennessee Community College is in the process of developing and launching a new Artificial Intelligence Technology program. As a result, this position will play an important role in supporting early-stage curriculum development, program planning, and implementation, in addition to teaching responsibilities. This is a full-time academic-year (9-month) appointment faculty position reporting to the Department Chair of Technologies. The faculty member is responsible for the coordination, planning, preparation, presentation, and evaluation of classroom instruction and related academic activities in the assigned discipline. Teaching responsibilities include foundational and advanced Artificial Intelligence topics such as Python programming, data analysis, machine learning, artificial intelligence tools and frameworks, neural networks, and ethical considerations in AI. Primary responsibilities include instruction, instructional counseling, academic advising, curriculum development, student assessment, and participation in Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) activities. The faculty member plays a key role in shaping and maintaining the Artificial Intelligence curriculum and integrating hands-on, applied learning experiences into the program. The faculty member is expected to perform assigned duties during the day, evening, or weekend on any Southwest Tennessee Community College campus, as assigned. At a minimum, related faculty responsibilities include instruction, academic advising and mentoring, serving on departmental and college committees, and participating in local, state, regional, and national professional activities and organizations. In addition to standard faculty responsibilities, this position includes assigned program coordination duties for the Artificial Intelligence Technology program as part of the faculty teaching load.

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution. • Three (3) years of experience using, supporting, administering, or leading functional use of CRM systems, student information systems, or comparable enterprise platforms in a complex organizational environment. • Experience translating functional or business needs into system configuration, workflows, communications, or reporting solutions. • Experience providing training, documentation, and end-user support.
