About the Position:

The Scalia Law School is seeking part-time Exam Proctors to assist with exam administration.

This is a part-time position (up to 29 hours/week) with the ability to work the following shifts from December 1, 2025 to December 17, 2025 and/or April 27, 2026 to May 13, 2026.

Monday-Friday: 10:30am to 4:30pm or 4:30pm to 10:30pm

Saturday: 10:30am to 4:30pm

Responsibilities:

  • Administer tests and exams to Scalia Law students.
  • Follow established procedures to maintain test security and confidentiality.
  • Provide instructions to test-takers and answering questions related to the testing process.
  • Monitor the test-taking process to ensure compliance with testing policies and procedures;
  • Report any suspicious behavior or violations of testing policies;
  • Collect and return test materials to the appropriate personnel;
  • Communicate any issues or concerns with the testing process to the appropriate personnel; and
  • Maintain accurate records related to testing and test-takers.

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent;
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment;
  • Comfortable working in a diverse environment;
  • Strong communication skills and ability to provide clear instructions to test-takers;
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information;
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow established procedures to ensure test security and confidentiality;
  • Professional customer service and collaboration skills;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; and
  • Physical Requirements:
    • Ability to sit for extended periods of time;
    • Ability to bend, stoop, and reach; and
    • Ability to lift and move objects up to 25 lbs.
