Director of Dental Education Arnold/Main Campus
The Director of Dental Education is responsible for the overall planning, development, and implementation of the Dental Hygiene (DHY) program curriculum, including, but not limited to, oversight of the Dental Lab and Clinic. Provides administrator support to the Dental Assisting (DA) Program. Administrator support for the DA program includes, but is not limited to, faculty recruiting and vetting, developing a collaborative lab and clinic usage schedule, budget review, and course coverage. The Director is responsible for oversight of curriculum, industry-standard alignment, and state regulations for the DHY and DA programs. The Director is responsible for serving as an instructor in the DHY program, teaching three faculty-load hours each semester. In addition, the Director is responsible for ensuring that the program is in full compliance with the Commission on Dental Accreditation (CODA) standards; curriculum development, revision and oversight, faculty recruitment and supervision, for preparing and administering the program budget; for recruiting potential applicants, implementing program admissions policies and procedures; and assuring adequate student-to-faculty ratios in both labs and clinic. The Director of a CODA-accredited dental hygiene program is a steward of educational quality, continuous improvement, clinical excellence, accreditation compliance, and professional integrity.
Groundskeeper/Landscaper Arnold/Main Campus
the Groundskeeper/Landscaper is responsible for performing all tasks related to maintaining the campus grounds, roads and parking lots. This includes but is not limited to trash collection from the campus grounds/parking lots, seasonal landscaping and snow removal.
Assistant Supervisor of Grounds Arnold/Main Campus
This position is responsible for assisting the Supervisor of Grounds with ensuring the proper maintenance of campus grounds, roadways, and parking areas to provide a safe, healthy, and attractive environment. The incumbent is also responsible for providing support with the daily departmental operations, including Event Services setups, FPC office/staff relocations, and the refuse and recycling program. The Assistant Supervisor serves in the supervisor's role during the supervisor's absence.
Part-Time Faculty - Histotechnician Program (HT) Arnold/Main Campus
We are seeking a dedicated, year-round part-time faculty member for our Histotechnician Program who will play a pivotal role in both lab and clinical education. In the fall semester, this faculty member will assist with the preparation, supervision, and instruction of lab classes, ensuring students gain hands-on experience in histotechnology. During the spring semester, the role will focus on supporting students in clinical placements, aiding communication with clinical personnel, and conducting clinical site visits and check-ins to monitor student progress. This position offers the opportunity to mentor future histotechnicians while fostering strong relationships with clinical partners and providing essential support across academic and clinical training phases.
