Kitchen Operations Manager

| The Kitchen Operations Manager oversees the daily operations, safety, and functionality of instructional kitchens supporting AACC’s credit and continuing education culinary, baking, and pastry programs in the Hospitality Culinary Arts and Tourism (HCAT) Institute. This position ensures that all culinary labs operate efficiently and safely, and align with curriculum requirements, regulatory standards, and institutional policies. The Kitchen Operations Manager works closely with faculty, staff, and students to support high‑quality, hands‑on culinary education and workforce preparation. The Kitchen Operations Manager is also responsible for the procurement, inventory, and maintenance of supplies and equipment for all programs housed under the HCAT Institute, including culinary, baking and pastry, and casino gaming. |

Dental Hygiene Academic Coordinator

| In collaboration with the DHY Program Director, the Academic Coordinator oversees didactic instruction in the Dental Hygiene (DHY) program at Anne Arundel Community College (AACC), to include but not limited to, quality assurance of instruction, instructional oversight of dental hygiene part-time faculty, reviewing and updating program manuals, ensuring course content is up to date for instruction, assisting the DHY Clinical Coordinator in supervising students in the dental clinic, and monitoring student retention and completion. The Academic Coordinator participates in student recruitment, orientations, assessment activities, program analysis, student support, workforce development, and technology integration. Additional duties include, but are not limited to, instruction in classroom, laboratory, clinical, hybrid, and online formats, tutoring support, and ensuring compliance with college policies, CODA standards, CDC guidelines, OSHA standards, and ADA recommendations. |

Bilingual Testing Specialist

| The Testing Specialist will administer and proctor examinations for AACC students, prospective students, community members, and certification candidates. The Bilingual Testing Specialist must have excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Spanish. Testing Specialist must keep exam security at the forefront of their work while providing excellent customer service to a diverse population. This position must respond to student needs, use ADA technology, and provide support to students, staff, faculty, and community members. Note: In-person work is an essential function of this position. |

The instructor will follow the curriculum outline and learning expectations. Content is housed in Canvas (online learning platform). Instructors must have some computer experience, expertise in the trade and the ability to effectively manage a classroom. Prior teaching experience is not required. A desire to share your knowledge of the industry with future skilled trades workers is a must!
