Position involves the performance of a variety of administrative, clerical, and office management duties. Position requires knowledge of College and University policies and procedures to communicate information involving academic programs, functions, and services. Duties performed require high-level proficiency with office technology platforms. The position serves as the forward-facing representative of the Dean’s office to the University community - faculty, staff, students, and visitors.
Benefits Specialist Elon University Campus
The Benefits Specialist works with employees and their departments regarding the University's benefits package, including the retirement plan, medical and dental insurance, life insurance, long term disability insurance, cobra, as well as all voluntary benefits provided by the University. The Benefits Specialist processes enrollments, terminations, and changes to enrollments, maintains and updates the University database for specific benefit programs, prepares related payment reports and payment requisitions, and administers the Retirement plan and audit. This role involves interpretation of plan documents, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with ERISA, IRS, and DOL requirements. Resolving participant escalations, directing vendors as necessary, problem solving, maintaining accurate business process documents and leverage data to conduct analysis. Provide support in developing plan design changes and vendor management in collaboration with the Director of HR Operations. Manages the Onboarding process.

Assistant Athletics Director for Development Elon University Campus
The Assistant Athletic Director for Development will play a critical role in helping the athletic department meet all fundraising goals with a specific focus on Men’s and Women’s Basketball. This position has oversight of annual giving and donor engagement on behalf of the athletics development team in addition to carrying a donor portfolio with specific fundraising goals, metrics, and objectives. This oversight includes and is not limited to annual giving, stewardship, general engagement, communications, and stewardship efforts. Assistant Director of Jewish Life for Communications and Development Elon University Campus
Jewish Life at Elon University is currently seeking a creative, detailed, organized and welcoming Assistant Director, Communications and Development, who will play an important part in the exciting growth of Jewish Life at Elon and serves as a key member of the Jewish Life team. Community Director for Danieley Neighborhood Elon University Campus
Responsibilities include overseeing the management of a residential neighborhood that houses 400-800 students; supervising a Program Assistant (administrative assistant), graduate apprentice, and residential student staff; maintaining daily student contact through shared meals, mentoring, facilitating programs and initiatives, and developing student leadership opportunities; co-chairing the neighborhood association with a live-in faculty member; collaborating with staff and faculty members in living learning communities; developing community programs; serving as a student conduct hearing officer; serving as a student care and outreach responder, including in an on-call capacity, and serving in leadership capacities for departmental efforts. Academic Affairs Environmental Health and Safety Specialist Elon University Campus
To provide leadership in Academic Affairs maintaining adherence to health and safety standards and compliance with applicable environmental regulations set by local, state, and federal organizations. Develop and administer training programs for safety procedures and for compliance with environmental regulations appropriate for faculty, staff, and students participating in health science programs, laboratory courses, laboratory research, and art studio courses that utilize chemicals, biologicals, or radiation. Coordinate storage and regular removal of biohazardous and hazardous waste from academic spaces.
