Position Summary
Elon University’s Department of Computer Science invites applications for a full-time, teaching track Assistant Teaching Professor position beginning mid-August 2026. Applicants must have a Master’s or Doctoral Degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field prior to the start date. Demonstrable expertise in cybersecurity is required. Teaching-track faculty typically teach six to seven courses per year.
Teaching will include courses within the Department of Computer Science, with the possibility to develop advanced special topics courses and courses in the Elon Core Curriculum.
