Clinical Coordinator for the Department of Clinical Mental Health Counseling	Elon - Charlotte Campus
Elon University, an independent institution nationally recognized as a model for engaged learning, invites applications for a Clinical Coordinator in Clinical Mental Health Counseling for its new CACREP-aligned Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling (CMHC) program, launching Fall 2026. The CMHC program, housed within Elon’s School of Health Sciences, emphasizes ethical and culturally responsive practice, addiction and trauma counseling, integrated care, and experiential learning—reflecting Elon University’s mission of engaged, student-centered education. This is a 12-month staff appointment with faculty rank. Rank will be determined at the time of hire based on the individual's qualifications and relevant professional and academic experience. The Clinical Coordinator for the Master of Science in the CMHC program plays a vital role in the administration and coordination of this graduate program. This position supports the Program Director, faculty, and students in delivering a high-quality, student-centered academic experience. The coordinator ensures timely academic and operational support, effective communication, and collaboration across institutional units to sustain a rigorous and accessible program experience for online learners, and to sustain a rigorous and accessible program experience that prepares online learners for effective clinical practice. The program is pursuing accreditation through CACREP, and the Clinical Coordinator will play an important role in supporting accreditation efforts and maintaining alignment with emerging CACREP standards.
Director of External Partnerships for the School of Engineering and Computing	Elon Main Campus	7 Sep 2026
Director of External Partnerships Working within the School of Engineering & Computing, the Director of External Partnerships (DEP) plays a critical role in enabling the growth of Elon's Engineering and Computer Science industry-sponsored programs and establishing partnerships that align value creation and learning. The DEP supports the execution of Elon’s strategic plan by creating opportunities for students to engage in impact-centered educational experiences, including the Senior Projects in Elon Engineering Design (SPEED) as well as new programs that are currently at the inception or prototype stage. The DEP’s responsibilities include the full cycle of business development, project development, and partner relationship management. Many responsibilities involve interactions with faculty, students, and staff in other areas of Elon University, as well as external constituents of various kinds (e.g., alumni, non-profit organizations, municipalities and educators at other institutions). These responsibilities will vary over time in response to opportunities and needs with a growing student population.
Assistant Director, Strategic Partnerships and Events	Queens Campus - Charlotte
The Assistant Director, Strategic Partnerships and Events is a pivotal administrative and operational role responsible for driving the communication, registration infrastructure, and visual brand identity for major University Advancement events and programs. Reporting to the Director for Strategic Partnerships and Events, this role blends strategic communications, with marketing project management and maintaining database systems.
Assistant Women's Lacrosse Coach	Elon Main Campus
The Assistant Women's Lacrosse Coach is responsible for specifically designated aspects of the women's lacrosse program, exercises independent judgment in providing technical expertise in the fundamentals of the sport, teaching student-athletes basic and advanced skills, and assisting the Head Women's Lacrosse Coach in management of the team through recruiting, program development, fund-raising, promotional activities, and related assigned responsibilities. The Assistant Coach guides and mentors student-athletes throughout the academic year.
Head Men's Tennis Coach	Elon Main Campus
The Head Men's Tennis Coach is responsible for the management and administration of all activities related to the men's tennis program and exercises direct supervision of recruiting, training, and coaching student-athletes participating in the sport. The Head Men's Tennis Coach is fully responsible for compliance with National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) rules and regulations as well as Conference rules and University policies governing intercollegiate athletics.
