| In collaboration with campus partners, the Assistant Director of Career Services for Study USA Programs drives Elon University's Study USA internship pipeline by blending targeted career advising, city-specific employer and advancement relations, international student career advising support, program operations, and inclusive community building. This role requires an entrepreneurial and proactive mindset to independently identify opportunities, build networks, and develop innovative solutions that scale Study USA's internship outcomes. This role builds and stewards a dynamic database of Study USA internship sites/contacts while serving as the SPDC liaison to the Isabella Cannon Global Education Center (GEC), and Advancement teams (Parent & Alumni Engagement). |

| The Arborist position is responsible for the health and appearance of the trees on the Elon University campus. This is a skilled position which works with the other university arborists to maintain, prune, remove, transplant, and plants trees using horticultural and industry approved practices. They are also responsible for keeping the tree inventory up to date. |

Assistant/Associate Director, Odyssey Scholars Program

| The Associate Director of the Odyssey Scholars Program plays a critical leadership role in advancing the operational, relational, and developmental core of one of Elon University’s most prestigious equity-based scholarship initiatives. Odyssey Scholars are academically exceptional, purpose-driven, and civically engaged students from underrepresented or low-income backgrounds, many of whom are first in their families to attend college.
This role is central to fostering the day-to-day and long-term success of scholars by developing systems that support belonging, academic achievement, post-graduate preparedness, and community impact. Reporting directly to the Faculty Director (with a dotted line to the Executive Director of the Center for Access and Success), the Associate Director leads implementation of a four-year developmental curriculum, may supervise student leaders, staff, and/or a graduate apprentice, and stewards partnerships, budgets, and communication strategies that amplify student voices and outcomes.

Head Women's Golf Coach

| The Head Women's Golf Coach is responsible for the management and administration of all activities related to the women's golf program and exercises direct supervision of recruiting, training, and coaching student-athletes. The Head Women's Golf Coach is fully responsible for compliance with National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) rules and regulations as well as Conference rules and University policies governing intercollegiate athletics. |

| Gardeners are assigned to areas (zone) that they are responsible for the health and appearance of the landscape. The primary responsibilities are pruning, floral/shrub beds, preventative maintenance, spraying, and other landscape maintenance. This positions essential to the overall aesthetics that has been established at Elon University. |
