Assistant Registrar Elon - Charlotte Campus
Under the general direction of the Vice Dean, Associate Dean for Academic Affairs and Registrar, manages registration and class scheduling functions and administers the creation and maintenance of permanent academic/administrative records for the Charlotte Flex JD Program. Assures the integrity, security, condition, and access to these documents. Although located in Charlotte, some travel to Greensboro will be required.
Coordinator of University Art Collection and Instructor Elon Main Campus
The Art Collection Coordinator supports the stewardship, management, and academic integration of Elon University’s Art Collection. This position coordinates daily operations of the collection, ensures proper care and documentation of artworks, and facilitates access for faculty, students, and external partners. In alignment with the teaching mission of the collection, the coordinator collaborates with faculty to integrate objects into coursework and may contribute to instruction of courses or modules consistent with their disciplinary expertise and program needs. The role plays a central part in stewarding donor collections and advancing the Art Collection as a dynamic teaching and learning resource.
Assistant Staff Director, Flex Program (Charlotte) Elon - Charlotte Campus
Located at Elon University's Charlotte Campus in South End, the Assistant Staff Director will support the Staff Director in managing the Flex Program and the day-to-day operations of the Charlotte campus. This position is responsible for executing events, supporting students, and maintaining the administrative systems that keep the program running. Elon Law's Flex Program is a part-time JD program for working professionals and other place-bound students in Charlotte, NC. This position is on-site at the Elon Charlotte campus Monday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., when Flex Program students are in class, with flexible Friday hours based on operational needs. The Assistant Staff Director will serve as a primary point of contact for students during evening hours, helping them navigate the program and connecting them with appropriate law school resources and services. This role reports directly to the Staff Director of the Flex Program and will also support the Vice Dean, visiting Greensboro faculty and staff, and Charlotte campus faculty. Other duties as assigned.
Assistant Director of the Center for Leadership Elon Main Campus
As a member of the Division of Student Life and the Center for Leadership (CFL), the Assistant Director supports leadership education and development across the university. The Center for Leadership provides co-curricular leadership development opportunities to Elon University students through multiple programs. The Assistant Director designs and implements a comprehensive leadership workshop series, The Phoenix Leaders Program, the Elevate Leadership Program, co-plans the Intersect Event, a Living Learning Community, and supports leadership development for student leaders in Elon’s 250+ student organizations, clubs, and campus programs. Additionally, the Assistant Director periodically supports departmental needs with the Leadership Experiential Learning Requirement (ELR) and the Isabella Cannon Leadership Fellows program. While this position serves primarily during business hours, some evening and weekend hours may be required to attend a student organization meeting, campus event, or community gatherings. This position works collaboratively with a variety of campus and community partners. The mission of the Center for Leadership aims to help students graduate with greater leadership self-efficacy, the desire and ability to work collaboratively within diverse communities of people, and the confidence and competence to put innovative ideas into action for positive change. The Center for Leadership staff includes three full-time professional staff, a graduate apprentice, student Leadership Ambassadors, and several student directors. We work closely with a Leadership Education Faculty Fellow and the Coordinator for the Leadership Studies Minor to connect the Center for Leadership’s co-curricular programs to academic initiatives and curriculum. We enjoy strong collaborative relationships with Student Involvement, the Center for Race, Ethnicity, and Diversity Education (CREDE), Residence Life, Kernodle Center for Civic Life, and Athletics.

The Academic Affairs Personnel and Data Coordinator serves as a central resource for adjunct faculty hiring, data systems management and the course evaluation process. This role is responsible for overseeing hiring procedures, maintaining records and data systems, and assisting with academic personnel functions such as promotion and tenure and administering student evaluations. The position supports the provost office in aligning administrative practices with institutional policy, union agreement, and operational accuracy.
Campus Photographer - Charlotte Queens Campus - Charlotte
The Campus Photographer plans, creates, edits and archives high-quality photographic work that captures the full range of activities across Elon University’s Charlotte locations, including the Queens campus and South End-based programs, and reflects the university’s visual identity. In addition to photography, this position may provide occasional support for short-form video and multimedia storytelling projects. The role supports a wide range of marketing and communications efforts to advance institutional priorities and promote visual storytelling throughout the university.

Associate Director of Marketing Communications for Engineering and Health Sciences Elon Main Campus
The Associate Director of Marketing Communications for Engineering and Health Sciences works with multiple teams to develop and execute communications and marketing tactics to showcase the learning, accomplishments, teaching, scholarship, service, innovation, and leadership of the Elon University community. This position has responsibility for the creation of messaging and communications collateral that advances the overall reputation of both schools while providing support additional teams directly focused on admissions. The associate director reports to the Assistant Vice President for Strategic Communications and Media Relations with dotted line reports to the deans of both schools. The person in this position maintains offices at both the Francis Center and within the dean’s suite in the School of Engineering and Computing.
Admissions Videographer Elon Main Campus
The Admissions Videographer will capture and create video content that drives digital engagement among prospective Elon University students, their families, and school/independent counselors. Working closely with University Communications and taking direction from Undergraduate Admissions and Financial Aid, this person’s work will help advance the institution’s enrollment goals through enhanced digital engagement across various platforms. The work produced by this role will also support the enrollment efforts at our Queens campus in Charlotte, NC. This role will be based on Elon’s main campus in Elon, NC, and 75% of your work will be focused on Elon-based initiatives. This person’s work will also support content creation for our Queens campus in Charlotte, NC. This will account for 25% of the work, and this person will be expected to travel to Queens as needed.

Automotive Supervisor Elon Main Campus
This position is a working supervisor in the automotive shop supervising a team of 4, to include assignment of work and oversite of the preventive maintenance program as well as overseeing inventory management and purchasing of all parts and supplies. Additional duties include managing vehicle registration process, tag renew, communications with customer, and any other special projects as assigned.

Assistant Men's Soccer Coach Elon Main Campus

Assistant Professor of Religious Studies Elon Main Campus
Use knowledge of and work experience with teaching Theology/Religious Studies-related undergraduate and graduate courses to teach grad and undergraduate courses in religion and religious ethics, and Elon’s Core Curriculum. Work with Religious Studies faculty to continuously improve the curriculum of the Religious Studies major. Conduct academic research in Religious Studies. Mentor students in their degree progress, course plan, and academic research. Participate in the services and activities at department and university levels to support the life and progress of the university including undergraduate research, studying abroad, serving on university and school committees, and advising student organizations. Create a constant stream of scholarly publications and contribute to the life of the university through service.
