Assistant Professor of Religious Studies Elon Main Campus
Use knowledge of and work experience with teaching Theology/Religious Studies-related undergraduate and graduate courses to teach grade and undergraduate courses in religion and religious ethics, and Elon’s Core Curriculum. Work with Religious Studies faculty to continuously improve the curriculum of the Religious Studies major. Conduct academic research in Religious Studies. Mentor students in their degree progress, course plan, and academic research. Participate in the services and activities at department and university levels to support the life and progress of the university including undergraduate research, studying abroad, serving on university and school committees, and advising student organizations. Create a constant stream of scholarly publications and contribute to the life of the university through service.
Director of Health and Well-Being Initiatives Elon Main Campus
Using knowledge of and experience with: innovative health and wellness initiatives for staff, faculty, undergraduate and graduate students, teaching, research, and leadership in a postsecondary institution as well as with: theory and academic scholarship to design, implement, and evaluate effective programs, services, and interventions; eliciting university-wide buying, readiness for collaboration and consultation with colleagues; executing strategic initiatives; building partnerships; relating effectively with a diverse range of university constituents and stakeholders; generating sole and collaborative academic scholarship for publications and national and international presentations; mentoring student research; working with diverse populations; and strategic planning and assessment: provide sustained and visible campus leadership for holistic health and wellbeing; engage and collaborate with campus faculty and staff to link curricular and co-curricular experiences to the goals of the HealthEU initiative; coordinate with leaders of initiatives in each of the six dimensions of wellbeing described in HealthEU to track and share progress and to develop innovative collaborations that support research and understanding of best practices in advancing well-being; regularly assess and communicate the impact and effectiveness of HealthEU initiatives; coordinate opportunities for faculty scholarship, creative work, and teaching to connect with HealthEU goals; co-chair the university-wide HealthEU Council; assist with planning and development of an engaging, vibrant new campus facility for integrated health and wellness; coordinate activities and operations related to research on collegiate health and wellbeing. co-supervise the Faculty Fellow for Wellness; establish collaborative goals for HealthEU initiatives and provide direct oversight for budgets, priorities, and plans for collaborative strategies that advance those goals; serve as a clearinghouse for resources, education, and collaborative programming related to health and wellbeing Participate in university events, celebrations, and traditions; serve on university, divisional, or departmental committees, task forces, and search committees; other duties as assigned by the Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs. 3rd shift Custodial Supervisor Elon Main Campus
The Custodial Supervisor position is responsible for providing leadership, planning, and direction. A Custodial Supervisor oversee events and work crews to ensure procedures are being followed and to maintain the high standards of the University's cleanliness. The custodian position is responsible for helping maintain a clean and safe environment of all inside spaces which include Residential housing, Academic buildings, Athletic facilities, Student centers and dining locations for Elon University Campus. This includes, but not limited to, maintain and cleaning equipment, the cleaning and sanitizing of bathrooms, vacuuming floors, and removing all trash from the premises, cleaning of biohazards and high touch areas. Custodians are also responsible for monitoring special events and athletic games across campus making sure areas are clean and sanitized during events.
Weekend P/T custodian Saturday and Sunday 3:00pm-11:30pm Elon Main Campus

Facility Engineer Elon Main Campus
Provides assistance to the various divisions in Facilities Management with engineering support for the management, maintenance and repair of campus facilities and infrastructure. Ensure oversight of technical designs for the department's repairs to building systems and small construction contracts; engineering support and assistance to the division departments maintaining the campus buildings' electrical, plumbing, heating/air-conditioning, and other systems; and provides oversight of Elon's energy management program and monitoring of utility usage.

Circulation Paraprofessional Elon - Greensboro Campus
The Elon University School of Law Library is located in Greensboro, NC. The Library Circulation Paraprofessional – Law provides day-to-day access services support, with a primary focus on circulation desk operations and patron assistance. This position consistently opens the library at 7:15am, Monday through Friday. This person is often the first point of contact for library users and is responsible for accurate lending and returns, resolving routine account or access issues, and maintaining a safe and service-oriented environment. The paraprofessional uses OCLC WorldShare to complete circulation functions and maintain accurate patron and item records. The position also supports student employees and contributes to smooth library operations through basic troubleshooting and coordination with appropriate campus partners when issues require escalation. This position entails a flexible approach to service, along with a commitment to other duties as needed.

Admissions Counselor Elon Main Campus
Recruits prospective first-year students, with particular emphasis on those from assigned territory, through the preparation and execution of independent travel including visits to high schools, college fairs, and individual student and family meetings. Career Services Advising Fellow Elon Main Campus
The Career Advising Fellow is a full-time, one-year appointment (with the possibility to extend to two years) within Elon University’s Student Professional Development Center (SPDC), beginning in August 2026. Reporting to the Associate Director of Career Services for Pre-Professional Health and Health Professions Advising, the Fellow supports the SPDC’s mission to prepare students for meaningful professional lives through personalized advising, teaching, and programmatic initiatives with a primary focus on serving students in the School of Health Sciences. As an integral member of the SPDC team, the Fellow provides individual and group career advising, co-teaches career exploration courses, assists in event planning and marketing, and collaborates across campus to advance SPDC initiatives and support students in health professional training programs. The position offers a comprehensive introduction to the field of career services and higher education administration, with particular exposure to the unique needs of students pursuing careers in the clinical health sciences, while contributing to Elon’s nationally recognized model for student success. This position will regularly collaborate with faculty and staff in the School of Health Sciences, including the emerging Elon Charlotte Master of Physician Assistant Studies program. Arborist Elon Main Campus
The Arborist position is responsible for the health and appearance of the trees on the Elon University campus. This is a skilled position which works with the other university arborists to maintain, prune, remove, transplant, and plants trees using horticultural and industry approved practices. They are also responsible for keeping the tree inventory up to date.
