Purpose of Position
This is a part-time, non-benefited position. Only UND students are eligible to be hired in this position.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Greet students who come into The Hilyard Center
- Other duties as assigned to support the goals of The Hilyard Center
- Assist in planning and executing events and programs that promote community and belonging at UND
- Facilitate educational workshops and training sessions for student organizations

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with a diverse student population
- Demonstrate proactive approach to work, taking initiative and driving projects forward with minimal supervision
- Possess a strong ability to identify opportunities and tackle challenges independently
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Flexibility and adaptability in responding to changing needs and priorities
Minimum Requirements
- Current undergraduate student at UND
- Minimum Cumulative GPA of 2.75
- Strong commitment to fostering community and belonging
- Prior engagement with The Hilyard Center, such as participation in its programs, events, or services
- Successful completion of a Criminal History Background Check
