Purpose of Position
The Program Coordinator will oversee the coordination and implementation of the NEUROscience professional development program at the UND School of Medicine & Health Sciences (SMHS). This role involves assisting with program planning, managing daily operations, and ensuring the program runs smoothly in collaboration with various UND offices
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist with the planning and implementation of the professional development program
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the program activities
- Develop and maintain the program schedule
- Work closely with program participants
- Coordinate with UND offices to facilitate program logistics and operations
- Collaborate with the program director to align program goals with institutional objectives
- Prepare reports on program progress and outcomes and manuscript preparation (project and previous lab work)

Minimum Requirements
- Earned Ph.D. in Biomedical Sciences or a related field by June 2025
- At least one year of experience in teaching
- Familiarity with the Indians Into Medicine (INMED) program at UND
- Proficiency in Microsoft Teams and other Office 365 tools
- Successful completion of a Criminal History Background Check
