Salary/Position Classification

Purpose of Position
This is a part-time, non-benefited position. Only UND students are eligible to be hired in this position who have Federal Work Study dollars or FWS.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Filing
- Answering phones
- Update monthly calendar
- Check the mail
- Help create save the dates, invitations, and flyers.
Required Competencies
- Creative and independent student sought to organize and manage various student-run initiatives within the Honors Program. Daily functions will include corresponding effectively with students and staff, typing, filing, data input and small research projects. Student must display maturity, confidentiality and good communication skills.
Minimum Requirements
- Word and Excel experience very important. Good organizational skills required. Ability to work independently as well as with others with a friendly and pleasant attitude. Computer and computer program knowledge desired. Confidentiality a must.
- Successful completion of a Criminal History Background Check
