Standard Work Schedule: Standard (M-F, 8-5)

Job Duties and Responsibilities: Administrative Support: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and maintain accurate records for departmental activities. Communication and Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries, coordinate correspondence, and ensure timely dissemination of information to faculty, staff, and students. Document and Data Management: Prepare and process forms, maintain confidential files, assist with budget tracking, and support compliance with institutional and regulatory requirements. Inventory Management: Maintain inventory of office and clinical supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels. Clinical Clearance Assistance: Support faculty and students by assisting with clinical clearance documentation and compliance requirements. Purchasing: Coordinate purchasing of equipment and supplies for the department, following institutional procurement guidelines.

 

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience: 
High School diploma + 3 years of relevant experience or an Associate’s
Degree + 1 year of relevant experience.

Working Conditions and Physical Effort

Environment: Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office work environment.
