Target Hourly/Salary Rate: $ 43,908.80 target entry to commensurate with qualifications.

Appointment Full-time Equivalency: 1.0

Job Duties and Responsibilities: Supports the planning, design, and execution of construction and renovation projects at university-owned and leased facilities. Under the guidance of senior project management staff, this position assists with developing project plans, design documents, specifications, and budgets. The role involves coordinating with architects, client groups, and internal departments; supporting procurement, scheduling, and budget tracking; and helping ensure compliance with building codes and sustainability standards. Contributes to contract preparation, maintains project records, monitors progress and expenditures, and may assist with interiors coordination, signage, move logistics, and communication of schedule impacts. This position requires strong communication, organization, and critical thinking skills, and offers a collaborative environment for professional growth.

 

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience: 
Required Education:Associate's Degree; Required Experience: 2 years of relevant experience.

Equivalent Qualifications: 
Any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential duties of the position.
