Job Duties and Responsibilities: *If using a transcript to qualify, please attach it to the application. Please list all experience on the application.

This position is directly responsible for HR processing for the College of ACES both on and off-campus. This includes the hiring of non-exempt and exempt staff, students/graduate students, faculty, and temporary staff. Serves as a contact for all college employee relations; point of contact for conflict resolution. Provide training and guidance to College of ACES departments and counties on HR related programs. Works closely with payroll on all payroll related transactions. Process HR related actions on PAF's, LPAF's, and time sheet/org changes. This position works with HR Benefit Services regarding Worker's Compensation and assists with FMLA processing.

 

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience: 
High School diploma + 3 years of relevant experience or an Associate’s
Degree + 1 year of relevant experience.

Equivalent Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications: 
Knowledge of Banner and HR policies and procedures

Environment: Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office work environment.

Physical Effort: No or very limited physical effort required.

Lifting Requirements: Requires handling of average-weight objects up to 10 pounds or some standing or walking.
