The position will implement and coordinate project activities, including establishing the Precision Ranching (PR) Knowledge Exchange Network, and the oversight of project outputs and deliverables. The Project Coordinator will work closely with all project members, existing PR clients, new PR clients, and members at the new tribal demonstration site. Will support communication among project leadership, organize and manage meetings and field days, assist with training and outreach materials, support surveys and interviews of producers, support training events, coordinate with federal partners, and manage administrative and reporting tasks and deadlines.
Qualifications
Required Education and Experience:
Associate's Degree + 9 years of relevant experience or a Bachelor's degree + 7 years of relevant experience. Master's degree or higher preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Rangeland Science, Animal Science, Natural Resource Management, or a closely related field (e.g. Agronomy, Horticulture, Forestry).
• Experience with rangeland management, beef cattle systems, Extension, applied natural resource management, or similar work.
• Experience working directly with ranchers, producer groups, or land-management practitioners.
• Familiarity with precision ranching technologies
• Ability to organize events, coordinate multi-partner activities, and communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
• Willingness and ability to travel to remote ranch locations
• Strong writing and organization skills
