Job Duties and Responsibilities: Manage the team responsible for the operation, maintenance, and reliability of the physical data center environments. Ensures continuous availability of critical infrastructure systems including power, cooling, environmental monitoring, uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), and backup generation. Proactively monitors conditions, responds to alarms and incidents, coordinates maintenance activities, and enforces safety, compliance, and operational standards to protect enterprise computing assets. Lead and collaborate with other IT team members to design and implement datacenter solutions that meet business, safety, and security requirements. Plan and implement upgrades or enhancements to datacenter operations to improve functionality and security. Application administration for enterprise job scheduling system. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continually improve reliability and performance. Document system configurations, procedures, and changes to maintain an accurate and comprehensive knowledge base.
Qualifications
Required Education and Experience:
Associate's Degree + 6 years of relevant experience or a Bachelor's degree + 4 years of relevant experience.

ITIL is Preferred and Experience with data center operations is preferred
