Standard Work Schedule: Standard (M-F, 8-5)

Job Duties and Responsibilities: The position will be responsible for overseeing assessment in the department, support course scheduling, oversee student programs like peer-mentoring, oversee student forms and tracking completion, helping students with mentoring/advising, working with students for degree completion, and monitoring retention and recruitment for the department. They will also support the administrative assistant, all academic programs, and social media/communications. They may also help organize and plan department events for various stakeholders.

 

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience: 
Associate's Degree + 4 years of relevant experience or a Bachelor's degree + 2 years of relevant experience.

Equivalent Qualifications: 

Preferred Qualifications: 
Preference will be given to those candidates who:
1. Show evidence of high-quality student engagement and support.
2. Ability to adapt to the demands of various programs within higher education.
3. Possess strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
4. Possess a strong knowledge of programs within the department.

Environment: Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office work environment.
