Job Duties and Responsibilities: The Senior Admissions Coordinator serves as a senior-level leader within Graduate School admissions operations, providing strategic oversight of admissions processes, systems, and communication workflows. This position assists the Associate Director of Admissions and acts as a liaison between prospective students, academic departments, and Graduate School leadership to ensure efficient, transparent, and student-centered admissions practices. The Senior Admissions Coordinator oversees the full admissions lifecycle—from inquiry through matriculation—while maintaining a partial caseload of complex or high-priority applications. This role is responsible for analyzing admissions data, providing training, guidance and mentorship to admissions staff, identifying process improvements, and supporting the implementation of policies and technologies that enhance recruitment and enrollment outcomes.
Qualifications
Required Education and Experience:
Associate's Degree + 4 years of relevant experience or a Bachelor's degree + 2 years of relevant experience.
Equivalent Qualifications:
Preferred Qualifications:
1 year of experience in graduate admissions and certification.
