Job Duties and Responsibilities: The Student Recruiting Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating strategic recruitment initiatives to increase student enrollment. This role engages prospective students, builds relationships with key stakeholders, and promotes academic programs through a variety of outreach and marketing efforts. The responsibilities of the job include:

• Engage prospective students through outreach efforts, high school visits, college recruitment events, and digital marketing campaigns
• Provide guidance on academic programs, admissions processes, financial aid options, and campus resources
• Organize campus tours, webinars, and promotional events; monitor and analyze enrollment data to inform and optimize recruitment strategies
• Collaborate with university departments and external partners to strengthen recruitment and marketing efforts
• Partner with faculty, department heads, the Assoc. Dean, and Dean to align recruitment strategies with academic program goals
• Other duties as assigned
This position requires travel, as well as occasional evening and weekend work to fulfill the job duties of this position.

 

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience: 
Associate's Degree + 9 years of relevant experience or a Bachelor's degree + 7 years of relevant experience. Master's degree or higher preferred.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential for successfully attracting and enrolling a diverse student population.

Environment: Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office work environment.
