Job Duties and Responsibilities: Oversee Program and Training evaluation, serve as primary liaison with internal and external stakeholders regarding program and training performance, evaluation development and implementation, and provides strategic analysis of program and training effectiveness and evaluation to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Required Education and Experience:
Associate's Degree + 9 years of relevant experience or a Bachelor's degree + 7 years of relevant experience. Master's degree or higher preferred.

Background in child welfare, behavioral health and related systems.
Special Certification/Licensure:
Certified Family Peer Support Worker in New Mexico
Working Conditions and Physical Effort
Environment: Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office work environment.

Lifting Requirements: Requires handling of average-weight objects up to 10 pounds or some standing or walking.
