What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading and managing all aspects of residential aged care facility operations
- Providing clinical and operational leadership to care teams, ensuring best practice
- Driving compliance with accreditation standards, legislation, and quality frameworks
- Mentoring and developing staff to build a motivated, high-performing team culture
- Collaborating with regional and corporate leadership to achieve continuous improvement
What You Bring
Essential:
- Tertiary qualifications in health, management, or related fields
- Experience in quality improvement and clinical governance frameworks
- Strong financial and operational management capabilities
