In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for driving exceptional, person-centred care, leading teams, and ensuring operational excellence every day.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading and managing all aspects of residential aged care facility operations
• Providing clinical and operational leadership to care teams, ensuring best practice
• Driving compliance with accreditation standards, legislation, and quality frameworks
• Mentoring and developing staff to build a motivated, high-performing team culture
• Collaborating with regional and corporate leadership to achieve continuous improvement

What You Bring

Essential:

• Tertiary qualifications in health, management, or related fields
• Experience in quality improvement and clinical governance frameworks
• Strong financial and operational management capabilities
