Bracken House Dubbo is seeking a dedicated Clinical Nurse Educator to join our dynamic team. This full-time role offers an exciting opportunity to support and guide nursing staff in providing high-quality care and fostering continuous professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and evaluate educational programs tailored to the needs of nursing staff.

  • Provide ongoing clinical education and training, ensuring best practices are followed.

  • Support the development of a skilled and confident nursing team through mentorship and guidance.

  • Assist with the induction of new staff members and ongoing professional development.

  • Work collaboratively with healthcare teams to promote high standards of clinical care.

  • Stay current with developments in nursing and healthcare practices to ensure educational content is relevant.

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse (RN) with current registration with AHPRA.

  • Previous experience in clinical education, training, or mentorship is desirable.

  • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

  • Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.

  • Passion for nursing education and professional development.

  • Commitment to providing the highest standard of care.

  • Desirable: Certificate IV in Training & Assessment.
